尤华，女，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。
公共卫生学院社会医学与健康教育学系系主任，兼任《中国卫生管理研究》编辑部副主任，中国卫生经济理论与政策专委会委员，中国社会保障学会医疗保障专委会委员，省级智库健康江苏建设与发展研究院健康文化与传播研究中心成员。工作以来获得国家自然科学基金（管理学部）、江苏省自然科学基金等多项课题资助，并作为主要成员参与了多项国家级及省部级课题的研究工作。已发表学术论文40多篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者于SCI/SSCI收录期刊发表论文十余篇。
研究方向：健康行为与卫生服务利用研究，妇幼保健政策研究，生命质量评价与应用等。
